 Pioneer AVH-P4200DVD.....setting the rear monitor output Anyone know how to do this? Dont remember if this was needed to be done with the 4100DVD when using external monitors. Looked through the manual and it actually says what the choices are but not how to access that menu.....I think they missed a page in the manual. Got everything hooked up but the rear monitors just blank. Any ideas?

Pioneer AVH-P4200DVD.....setting the rear monitor output On the screen that shows:
Radio, Disc, iPod, SD, AUX on the left side, should say [Rear] Front, Rear View, Source Off on the top.
Hitting [Rear] Front should change the rear output.
